    I don't know what it is about this Arby's but I always get to the drive through and the guy taking my order is usually super bland but when I get up to the window to pay the gals are always SUPER NICE and happy!! 100% smiles and sunshine! I love it! Great work guys!!

    The food here has been ok in the past.  I was looking forward to having dinner here again tonight.  But after watching the employees socializing for about 5 minutes while ignoring customer waiting to order I walked out. Fast food employees are already over paid at $9/hr.  Outrageous to believe they want $12-$15/hr.

    UPDATE :  I decided to go back for a cherry turnover and went thru the drive thru.  All they had left was a chocolate turnover. One star times zero.

    I ordered a roast beef sandwich from here and about 5 hours later experienced the worst food poisoning in my entire life. I had to go to the hospital TWICE in two days because of that sandwich. Apparently it was old and sitting out for hours. Disgusting. Please keep yourself and your children safe and stay away from here! I almost gave my child some of my sandwich. No wonder she turned it down.

    Very sad. Tonight I went to the arby's closest to my home. Ordered 2 fish and 3 junior roast beef to go. 1. No receipt given. 2. Had to ask for horsey sauce. 3- fish has gone from fish filet to triangle of pressed fish.  4- so little tartar sauce they must have applied very sparingly to a  corner of the bun, then scraped it off  5-junior roast beefs on slider buns.

    Sept 9, 2009,

    On our way home decided to take advantage of the 5 for $5 Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches.  It was NOT a good experience.  Low volume at the time. No wait time.  Person at the register didn't seem to care to be there.  Took over 15 minutes for food to be ready (this is a fast food restaraunt). Lynn saw our sandwich go out through the drive through. The chairs and floor were greasy (yuck), and the table needed a good wipe down.  As a matter of fact all the tables looked to be in the same shape. Gross, gross and gross.  Food quality was not worth the issues.
